Overall, what stands out from the maps is that several considerable regulations have been organized in the crucial points of the town. Another interesting point is that the town has witnessed some changes in terms of leisure centers and modernization. Looking at the details, as regards the North-east side of the town, in order to build golf area and tennis courts, not only farmland was knocked down, but forest park was also cut down over time. With respect to the South-east side of the town, there was no change in this area without constructing a car park near the hotel. With regards to the South-west side of the town, sequential shops cited on the Northside of the road have been converted into restaurants, and fish markets on the other side of the same road were knocked down to erect a block of apartments. Interestingly, the fishing port was removed. Regarding the North-west side of the town, some houses located on both sides of the road in this zone in 1995 have seen an expansion, and on the southern side of these buildings, a new block of houses was built over time.
