The bar chart provides information about computer ownership population between year 2002 to 2010 and percentages by education level who owned computers by year 2002 and 2010. Overall, there were continuous rise in number of computer ownership as well to percentages of computer ownership by education level. It also clear that postgraduate qualification had been the highest in the year 2002 and 2010. In comparison to those with no high school diplomas had been recorded the lowest in year 2002 and 2010. It has been recorded that there was considerably increase of roughly 5% every two years in the number of computer ownership and percentages of population from year 2002 to 2010. Among the population who owned computers it has been recorded that in year 2010 being the highest in percentages which is about 70%, in comparison in year 2002 been the lowest reaching approximately 55%. Record shown that postgraduate’s qualification had been the highest percentages in both year 2002 and 2010, and it has been recorded that those in percentages with no high school diplomas was the lowest in year 2002 and 2010. Postgraduate qualification and Bachelor’s Degree have 5% variation in increased likewise in year 2002 and 2010 followed by those belongs to College incomplete, High school Graduate and with no high school diploma also have uniformed pattern of increase of 20% in both year 2002 and 2010.
