Communication skills were divided into two categories: external and internal. According to the table, external communication has 4 skills. In 2002, the rate of people who selected advising or caring for customers or clients was the most vital prowess with 50%. In 2015, the prowess peaked at 60% is dealing with people. In contrast, selling a product or service had the smallest percentage of 35% and 30% respectively in 2000 and 2015. As can be seen from the data, skill selling a product or service was least interesting. Skills advising or caring for customers or clients and dealing with people have quite huge changes between the two study periods. In 2015, compared to 2000, the ratio of the community who chose skill advising or caring for customers or clients went down by 20% while dealing with people increased by 20%. On the other hand, internal communication has 6 skills. In 2000, prowess instructing or training people had the highest selection of 30% and listening carefully to colleagues had a minimal percentage, only 10%. Meanwhile, three skills were persuading or influencing others, making speeches or presentations and planning the activities of others, which remained a stable rate at 25%. However, in 2015, planning the activities of others received 40% and the minimum quota went to making speeches or presentations and analyzing problems together with others was 20%. The proportion of people who chose instructing or training people in 2000 and 2015 had no change.
