Looking at the chart, it is readily apparent that there were a number of changes in the weight surveyed of the Charlestown’s residents. In general, the year 1955 witnessed a great number of individuals whose weight were ideal even underweight. However, the opposite trend was true for the fact that the senior citizens experienced a rapid rise in their weight, peaked at obesity. In 1955, the proportion of dwellers who were overweight or obese accounted for minimal figures, roughly 10%. Especially, overweight and obesity totally disappeared in the quantity of the people who were in the early adulthood. However, the youngsters and the elderly faced with the increase in the underweight, at about 40%. In contrast, overweight and obesity were the main issues that had adverse impact on the middle- aged people. The year 2015 saw an enormous growth in obesity. The highest percentage of obese people lies in 60-69 and followed by 50-59 group with 60% and 50%, respectively. Maximum figures belonged to overweight people that fell into the 30 to 39 age bracket and the residents in their forties. In 2015, young group still maintain the maximum percentage of ideal weight.
