Overall, a large number of people were satsified with the health care system, enviornment and educational institutes in both these years with a minor variations. The percentage of happy residents due to availability of jobs increased with time. On the other hand, transport system lost its popularity over the period of time. Moreover, percentage of people who were pleased with shops showed slight fluctuations in both the given years. Acoording to 72 percent of the population education and enviornment of the city was good in 1980 and it increased to 82 percent for education but declined sightly for enviornment in 2010. While population satisfaction for healtcare system dropped to 74 percent in 2010 from 82 percent in 1980, percentage of people showing a pleasant response towards employment increased from 62 percent to 72 percent in the year 2010. Furthermore, people became unhappy with the transport system and the shops over the years. Only 39 percent of the people were satisfied with the transport system in 2010, dropping from 52 percent in the 1980 and 4 percent decrease in shops popularity occured in the year 2010.
