The above diagram illustrates different stages of brick production for the building industry. Overall, there are six phrases of manufacturing bricks that require various tools and temperature. In the first stage, the excavator is used to dig the layer of clay from the ground. This clay is now passed on to the roller by the metal grid which also sorts the size of the clay. The powdery clay is mixed with sand and water before sending to form a shape by a wire cutter or a mould. Next, the bricks go in the dryer for one or two days. After that, the bricks go to the kilns which are like giant ovens. The baking temperature starts from moderate of 200-300 degree celsius before heightening to 870-1300 degree celsius. The hot bricks after baking are sent to store in the cooling chamber to wait for the packaging. Two or three days later the batch of bricks are taken out to package and deliver to the building industry.
