The diagram demonstrates the production of cheese. In general, the process undergoes a myriad of steps from pasteurization of the raw milk to ripening fresh cheese. As can be seen from the first stage, raw milk is pasteurized, followed by its standardization and filtration. The second step witnesses the mixture of processed milk, rennet, and fermenting microorganisms, once they are mixed, the combination is coagulated afterward. The following stage indicates that the compound goes through the cutting, being stirred and cooked into the curds before the milling process. Subsequently, not until the mixture is salted, the producers can make the fresh cheese out of it or pour cheese into molds to press. As can be seen from the final stage, after being pressed, cheese is ripened for a period of time, and therefore, turns into ripened cheese for consumption.
