The plans illustrate the office design in a university in 2005 and now in 2020. Overall, the office layout in 2020 looks more ergonomically convenient for the employees' productivity. Moreover, the fewer walls of the new design improved the space of the office. In the Northeast part, the office desks have been placed close to each other in the 2020 design. In contrast, the office desks were divides between the Northwest and Southeast partitions in the 2005 layout, before removing the cubicles in both locations for the office to be roomier in the new plan. Meanwhile, the Northwest side remained as it was the 2005 plan, with one desk, and a filing cabinet. In the Southeast corner, the photocopier and the filing cabinets locations have not been changed since 2005. Both are situated to the right of the main entrance. On the other hand, the Southwest side of the office enormously changed to be more ergonomic. Besides, the desks' relocation to the Northeast side, a new dining area has been built with water cooler and coffee machine facilities added. The noticeboard, as well, has been affixed to the west wall beside the dining area.
