The line graph illustrates the visit made to and from the UK between the year 1979 and 1999. The bar graph demonstrates the countries which were popular for UK residents to visit. We can see that the visits made by UK citizen to abroad was more than 10 million in 1979 which progressively climbed to 20 million after 1984. thereafter, sudden surged in the transit was observed with more than 30 million in 1989 followed by more than 40 million in 1994. In 1999, the numbers of visitors were the highest with more than 50 million. On the other hand, the figures of the travellers to the UK were 10 million in 1979 which had slightly increased to approximately 12 million in 1984. There was gradual rise noticed from the year 1989 with 20 million which further reached 25 million and more than 25 million in 1994 and 1999 respectively. The most famous country was France with more than 10 million UK visitors followed by Spain with second most favourite country. The USA, Greece and Turkey was the third, fourth and fifth in the popularity with less than 5 million visitors.
