You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. The plans below show a student room for two people and a student room for one person at an Australian university. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant. You should write at least 150 words.

The above plans illusterate the primary feature that indicate the differences between having a student room for one person or two people. According to what has been mentioned in the plans, it is clear that the fees of the room depends mainly on it type. That indicates that the price might differ based on the room's size adnd what other equipments does it have. For example, the room that fits two students costs 350 $ per week since it has many equipments that facilitate the student's life. First, it has two beds, two study desks, and a shared bathroom. the most significant feature that differentiate this type from the other is that it has a table and chairs where the students can eat their meals on it. Finally, it is obvious that a sink, bookshelf, television, stove and a microwave are available there. On the other hand, ther is another type of the student room that is suitable for only one student since it has only one bed, one study desck, and a bathroom. therfore, it costs only 200 $ per week. Addtionally, some facilities such as a television, microwave, stove, and a sink are provided there. To conclude, we could say that the two types of rooms are almost different in terms of their features. However, they have something in common.
