When we compare all four days of meal, we analyze that during breakfast, the aggregate of all the three nutrients hold the least value when compared to days of meal whereas in dinner, sodium and saturated fat is a highly dominated nutrient with added sugar being the exception. In the section of snacks, we see very different values of 14% sodium, 21% saturated fat and holding double value of fat for added sugar. Lunch had very mediating values among all four with any nutrient not crossing more than 30%.
