The given pie chart represents the different kinds of powers used in UK in the year 2014. It can be seen that over the entire year, gas and coal accounted for the high usage which combinely comes to more than half (60%) of the powers used in the contry in 2014. During the same year while rest of the powers generated was 40 % among which the percentage of Nuclear power is high (19%). On the other hand the wind and the bio energy utilized were 9. 5 % and 6. 8 % respectively. In addition the amount of the power used in hydro accounted to 1. 8% which is almost equal to the power used in solar that is 1. 2 %. Although the other source of powers used comes to 1. 8 %. In conclusion, the coal and the gas power usage was high in the year 2014 when compared with rest of the powers combinely.
