Overall, it can be seen that the main changes have been the use of the west side for other purposes and the addition of some new facilities.
According to the first map, visitors could enter the hall through the entrance in the south of the building. Inside the hall, there was a reception desk to welcome visitors, which led to a staircase in the north end. There were three different exhibition rooms 1, 2 and 3 which were on the Eastern wing. The remaining exhibition were the biggest room and located to the left-hand side of the floor. Meanwhile, the cafe and gallery office took up entire northwest corner.
At present, the entrance remains the same at the middle of the southern wall, and there is a new ramp for wheel chair outside the establishment. The receptionist is moved to nearer space with the entrance hall and a new lift was constructed next to the stairs. To the west, exhibition room 4 is converted into a children’s indoor playground and a room for temporary display, while a gallery shop and a vending machine are erected to replace the original gallery office and the cafe. However, the three exhibition rooms on the right-hand side remain unchanged.
