The diagram illustrates the offices' plans in the UK's companies between 1975 and 2015 and how the layout and the design of these offices have been changed over this period. Overall, in 1975 offices were organised in separate places, while in 2015 the companies made a huge change in the offices’ design and provided a wide space to work in it. Looking at the diagram below, in 1975 employees were working in separate offices according to their kind of job. For example, workers who are specialised in selling products worked in an office called the Sale team and the same for the design team. In 2015, the rooms were not divided into individual rooms, it can be seen that office was more open-plan blind.
