Overall, the rural area was developed dramatically and became more modernized with the reconstruction of the small houses. In 2000, the town had much green residential area with trees and individual house, however during the next 3 years the town experienced a number of noticeable changes. The biggest change was the construction of new supermarket which was achieved by cutting down trees and knocking down houses. Moreover, factory was constructed near the railway line instead of individual houses and trees. Another spectacular development was the extension of railway from railway station till the blocks of flats. There were built two more apartments next to the railway line. The hospital and school stayed intact but trees around them were cleared. The houses near the lake were converted into modern flats. Lake remained its location unchanged during the given year.
