Overall, it is clear that the office block will undergo a substantial transformation with the replacement of the two grasslands for some facilities and some areas. The Entrance which is located on the bottom right corner at present will be relocated to the middle of the building in the future. The four small Offices near the Entrance will be converted into two larger rooms, sitting on either side of the Entrance. On the left side of the map, a Grassland will be replaced by the Outdoor Seating area. Similarly, a Grassland on the right side will be demolished to make way for the Coffee Machine and the Meeting area. The two Workplaces on the top of the map will be constructed at the place where The Kitchen and the Canteen are. Besides, the Storeroom on the right hand of the Canteen will remain unchanged in size and position. Finally, the Water Closets next to the Storeroom will be moved to the top right corner of the building and near the Coffee Machine.
