The map below gives information about the advances made on the beachfront area in Australia from 1950 till today. Overall, it is apparent by comparing the map that there are numerous approaches made. In 1950 there was not any restaurant but today there is one located on the left side of the beach near the surf area which was added later beside the pool. It is evident that the pool was only 25 meters in the area which has double in size today; however, the pool on the right side is unchanged till the date. It is noticeable that the surf area is the added feature on both sides of the swimming pool which was not present before. Moreover, the road is extended from the car parking area to the lighthouse through/ via the surf area. Furthermore, Lighthouse, Pavilion, Dining area, and beach have been unchanged throughout the years. On contrary, the car parking has extended its area in both length and width on the left side. The children playground which was before has been demolished and new car parking is build due to increase in traffic congestion for parking.
