The line graph compares the proportion of internet users in three countries between 1999 and 2009. As can be seen clearly that the Internet users substantially increased in each country over the period shown. Whither canadian users a much larger then Americans and Mexicans users. In 1999, the proportion of Internet users in the USA was about 20%. While Canada and Mexico were about 10% and 5%. In 2005, the Internet users in both the USA and Canada significantly raise to around 70%. but Mexico reached just over 25%. However, in 2009, theInternet users was highest in Canada, Almost100%. Futheremore, usa was about 80 % and mexico was about 40 %
