The line graph provided information on the obesity proportion in a country during the period from 1971 to 2005. Overall, the percentage of obese citizens in one country had an upward trend throughout 34 years. It is also recorded that the 18-29 age group had the least rate among those other age groups. When it comes to the 45-64 age group, starting at 18% in 1971, the figure increased gradually and then peaked at 35% in 1999, the line unchanged in the next 2 years and continued rise significantly. Similarly, the 65-74 age group of obese citizens began at 18% in 1971 and levelled out until 2005. In terms of obese citizens who aged from 30-44, the figure remained stable in 15% during the two first year and there was a substantial rise from 15% to 30% in 1999, the percentage in obesity then had a minor dip and in 2001, it continued increasing. The 18-29 age group saw a period of stability, roughly 7% from 1971 to 1976, then it regarded a significant growth in the next 29 years till 2005.
