Overall, the consumer rates of china and MIddile east showed a stedy but significant rise over the period, while the percentage of consumer in the UK and Western Europe and JApan experienced a downward trend. In 2005, the consumer rates of the China nad MIddile East were same as about 2 millions barrels oer year respectively. MIddile East rate inceresed sharply throughout the period, exceding china's and MIddile East rate in 2030 and will reach about 3 million barrels per day in the end of the period. The China from 2015 to 2030 consumer rates of remain steady and then the MIddile East gradually increse about 3 millions barrels until 2030. However, between 2009 from 2015 the US was the highest than the other countries. But, in 2015 the rate rapidly a downward trend approximately 4 million barrels. On the other hand, same as the Western Europe and Japan was stedily decresed until 2030. But, the Middle East countries per day oil use rate an upward trend from 2009 to 2030 and US and Western European and Japan country in 2009 after the rate were the lowest and decresed very quickly in the end of the period.
