It is clear from the graph that all countries show upward trend. The most popular trend belongs to Germany while Italy had the lowest rate. If we look at the information in more details, as regards Germany, It started its investment at 80 million dollars, and this level rose steeply to 90 million dollars during first four year. Despite falling marginally to about 85 million dollars, the figure then rose in 2003. And reached the highest level of investing money on educational material in 2005. Italy's rate fluctuated between 50 and 55 million dollars from 1995 to 2001. Then there was a steadily rise in the level of money. During last four years over a period of the graph the amount of investment on books in France was nearly two times higher than Austria at 55 and 30 million dollars respectively in 1995. However in the last year of the time their rate of investments were the same just nearly 75 million dollars.
