The line graph illustrates how the number of criminal cases by type of burglary, theft and robbery in the urban areas changed between 2003 to 2012. Overall, the ratio of burglary just increased slightly and then decreased significantly, while the statistic of car theft and robbery remained stable with fluctuations. It can clearly be seen from the graph that the car theft decreased substantially from 2005 to 2006, after that it started to rise until 2012, when it reached to 2800 again. Besides that the robbery weren’t changed too much, it only fluctuates from 500 to 900 during the period. Although the rates of buglary was increased slightly to 3750 from the first year of the period, it had a dramatically decline from 3750 to 1400 in the remaining period. Finally, the rates of criminal was positively changed, all the statistic were down.
