Overall, London experienced a constant surge throughout the period whereas England oscillated briefy then later witnessed a gradual soar. To begin with, in the year 2001, London was ranked second after an approximated 46% pass with only 2% difference. Two years later, the fgures increased minimally to around 51%. Thereafter, the displayed figures maintained an upward trajectory throughout the remaining years and emerging victorious ahead of England with nearly 58% in 2006. In contrast, England commenced the year with almost 47% success rate ahead of Londonn The proportion grew gently to around 51% excellence after two years. However, between 2003 and 2004, England’s academic performance nearly fatened out with almost 52%.
