The set off picture below demonstrates the porpotion of people interested in mobile and fixed line phones between 1994 and 2004 in Africa. According to the line graph, it was clearly that both two kind of phones percentage had a rocket trend. At the started period, people rather fixed line phones than mobile in 1994, but soon it was replaced by the mobile one at the end of the period. The number of people using mobile had a big increasing during the period. Specifictly, in 1994 started at 0, 06 percents and slightly went up to at about 1 percents in 1999. Then this figure kept climped significantly to nearly 9 percents in 2004. The porpotion of African subcribing to fixed line phones also incresed slowly from 1, 7 percents to roughly 3, 1 percents between 1994 and 2004. Specialy, from 1994 to 2000, the percentage maintain approximately 2, 5 percents. Similar to 2001 and 2002, remain at almost 3 percents.
