The given graph illustrates the amount of complaints received by a single airline's complaints department in 2009 over six months. Overall, the public more complaints in person and by telephone than email or fax, there was a decline. Additionally, the number of complaints in person directly experienced significant growth among other options. In January, the highest number of complaints was 900 complaints by telephone. Then 800 complaints were received by email or fax, which were around 100 less than by telephone, and finally 400 complaints in person. From the beginning until June, in-person complaints rocketed amount to 1900 remained the most popular choices. Also, the number of complaints by telephone was increased between March and June went up to hit 1600 become the second choice. While the complaints by email or fax were decreased from 700 to 400. So, the number of complaints made by email or fax fell is nearly half in May-June, compared with the number in January.
