The line diagram depicts the total quantity of books of four different categories that were borrowed from the library in five months of year 2015. These four groups are Fiction, Nonfiction, Sci-fi and Biography. As compared to science fiction books, the demand for biographies and nonfiction is high and that for pure fictional books is intermediate over the five months. The library lent highest number of biographies in January, but this number declined in April. It again showed an increasing trend during July and October, with a dip in December. The Non-fictional books show sharp peaks in April and December. The Fiction genre shows a surge in its number over the span of five months. The books from the sci-fi group can be seen to have an upward trend over the first four of the listed months and a drop in December. To sum up, the sci-fi books were least read by the members of the library. There is a rise in the total number of fictional books read. Also, over the given time period, biographies and non-fictional books are the most popular.
