Three different level of participation in education by developing and industrialized countries in two different years were depicted by the graphs. To begin with, in 1980 there was a around 3 years of schooling in developing countries whereas approximately 8 years of schooling in Industrialised countries. over the period of 10 years both have rose their year of schooling. On other hand, there were less number of people joined in scientist and technicians in developing countries compare to industrialised countries, it accounted for around 10 people and almost 40 people respectively in 1980. The gap between both countries in these parameter has been rose in next decade, the data picked to around 15 people and 70 people respectively. Dollars spending on research and development in industrialised countries was almost 300 billion whereas only 50 billion was in developing countries. in next one decade the ratio was decrease in developing countries. whereas it was rose in 350 billion in industrial countries. overall, in these three parameter industrial countries was always higher than developing countries.
