The graphs give information about computer ownership as a percentage of the population between 2002 and 2010, and by level of education for the years 2002 and 2010.

The graphs compares and contrast the data on the change in the percentage of computer owners and level of education over 8-year period starting in 2002. Overall, during 8 years the computer ownership constantly increased. Moreover, the highest percent related to the owners with postgraduate qualification, while people without high school diploma had the lowest percent. In the 2002, the percentage of computer ownership was less tha 60 %. From the 2002 to 2010 the percentage of computer users increased gradually and ammounted about 70 %. It is noticeable, that the highest ratio were among the people with postgraduated education. In the begining of the period it made up slightly over 70 %. However, by 2010 the percent of computer owners grew until 90 %. In contrast, only 15 % of people without high education owned computers in 2002. Nevertheless to the end of the period it dramatically rised and reached 40 %, it still stood the lowest percent.
