It is clearly that Middle East and North Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean have under the 100 millions extreme poor people for every given years. And there is the most of amount extreme poor lifestyle for countryside people where is South Asia. In addition, East Asia have most noticeable change about number of rural people living on less than 1. 25 dollar per a day. East Asia had 500 million very poverty persons in rural area approximately by1991 and intersected with South Asia at the same date. East Asia's line Intersected the other time with Sub-Saharan Africa average in 2004 about under the 300 million poor people. Further, line of East Asia steadily decreased and figures were average 120 million last, in 2008. South East Asia's line was regular around 150 million between 1988 and 1998 but after that time decreased average 90 million until 2008. The only line to increase in 2008 is Sub Saharan Africa. Sub Saharan Africa was under 200 million in 1988 and over the 300 million in 2008.
