The given chart illustrates the changes in the amount of computer usage in the period of 8 years. It also provides the information about users' education level. Overall, the percentage of computer ownership risen to the end of the period. Another main trend is the increasing of the numbers depending on education degree: the majority of people having postgraduate qualification owned computer in 2002 as well as in 2010, compared with persons having no high school diploma, which have less than a half percentage of computer usage. Now, turning to the details, it is clear from the first bar chart that the number of PC users uplifted only by less than 20%, starting from less that two-thirds in 2002 and terminating with less than 80%. On the second chart at the first glance it is clear, that in 2010 the number of people in all education level groups is significantly higher than the same for 2002. Nevertheless, in 'No high school diploma' group the gap between fractions is more that one-fifth, while for 'Postgraduate qualification' persons this gap is about 15%. This gap is also declining for with growth of education level.
