The graphs below compare the average saple price for 3-bed room houses and changes in populations in 4 australian cities between 2012 and 2018.

The graphs give information about the average sale price for 3-bedroom houses and changes in populations in Hobart, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide from 2012 to 2018. Overall, there was a slight rose in Hobart and Sydney in the average price while the average price in Adelaide showed a fluctuation however Melbourne grew gradually in the beginning of the period and remained steady at the end of the period. According to population changes, Melbourne and Sydney increased dramatically in number whereas in Adelaide and Hobart it remained stable. The average sale price for 3-bedroom houses in Sydney rose significantly between 2012 and 2013 then it remained stable until 2017. In 2018 the average increased markedly to 75, 000. in Melbourne the average sale was 45, 000 in 2012 however in 2013 it dropped sharply to 41, 000. In 2014 the total number went up 2016 ( 50, 000) and finally, it remained constant until 2017 and 2018. in Adelaide the average price showed an increase marginally in 2013 but in 2014 it declined slightly to 30, 000 then it grew significantly in 2015 and remained stable until the end of the period. in Hobart the average sale was 30, 000 in 2012 and 2013 but in 2014 it was showed a grew dramatically to 31, 000 with a significant rose until 2018 (45, 000). The populations changes in Melbourne and Sydney was 60, 000 and 50, 000 in 2012 Respectively. in 2013 it declined sharply to 50, 000 and 48, 000. There was a marked increase in 2014 in the average until 2018. Although Hobart and Adelaide were zero and 1000 in 2012, in 2013 there showed a steady trend in number until the end of the period.
