The graph shows US consumers' average annual expenditures on cell phone and residential phone services between 2001 and 2010. On the whole residential phone services started with less expenditures than cell phone services in 2001. Furthermore, they had same expenditures in 2006 even though cell phone services started to slightly increase while residential phone services started to decrease after 2006. To begin with cell phone services had 200 expenditures in whereas residential phone services had 700 expenditures in the 2001. It seems that cell phone services slightly increase until 2007 and then started to increase slowly and reached the apex in 2010. On the other hand, residential phone services are decreasing starting from 2001. It slightly increases until 2007 and then slowly increase until the 2010. Also, it can well observed that residential phone services reached their lowest peak in 2010
