The graph given above illustrates the ratio of people travelling at different hours in a day at an Underground station in London. Overall, the peak hours of travel can be seen around 8: 00 hours and 17: 00 hours. Meanwhile, least number of people can be seen travelling during 6: 00 hours and 16: 00 in a day. In terms of the peak hours, at around 8: 00 hours in the morning at about 400 passengers are seen travelling, simultaneously, just under 400 passengers around the second peak hour of the day are seen, which is at 18: 00 hours. Whereas, the least number of people, i. e. just about 100 people are seen travelling during 6: 00 hours and 16: 00 hours of the day. The count keep increasing and decreasing at noon, it tends to go down to about 200 travellers around 10: 00 am and springs back up with about 300 passengers at around 14: 00 hours. The closing hours does not usually have a major difference in the amount of travellers, it is only under 200 in the duration of 20: 00 to 22: 00 hours respectively.
