The line chart presents and compares the satisfaction rating of staff in four different colleges, namely A, B, C, D over the period of eleven years starting from 1991.
Overall, it is obvious that while the percentage of college A and college D rose, the opposite was true for that of college B and college C during the period.
At the beginning of the period, in 1991, college A started the period with highest rating, standing at over 60%, whereas college C’s satisfaction rating stood at about 28% then it slowly declined to around 25 % in 1995. However, the following seven years, in 1998, the satisfaction rating of College C sharply increased and peaked at 80% in 2002.
Meanwhile, the proportions of college B and D fluctuated for 6 years, until 1997. However, the satisfaction percentages of both two colleges were opposite after that. There was a gradual growth in college B’s rate, whilst the percentage of D decreased. At the end of the period, standing at 70%, the rate of college B was 3. 5 time as much as that of college D.
