The given diagram represents the steps involved in the manufacturing of bricks which are used by building industry. The following paragraphs will give us a detailed information regrading the whole process. The first step during the preparation of bricks involves the digging of clay with the help of a digger. Then the clay is placed on a roller with the use of a metal grid. The product thus formed is mixed with salt and water. From there the bricks can be formed either by passing through the cutter or by moulding the clay into bricks. The bricks thus formed, are placed in a drying oven for one or two days. After drying with oven, they are kept in a kiln with moderate and high temperature ranging from 200-980 and 870-1300 degree celsius respectively. After that they are placed in a cooling chamber for maximum of three days. At last, the bricks are packed and are ready for delivery. It is clear that the process of formation of bricks includes digging, moulding, drying and cooling to make them ready for building purposes.
