The major impact have been showing on the engineering stream which had taken by males, and also on the enducation stream which had taken by females. However, women are almost four times less intrested in engineering, as well as men have nearly 3 times less apptitude in education. Other fields like science and business are liked by females approximately half than males. Moreover medicine stream have 50 percent attention by both females and males but females have been 2 more than males. In university, 18 percent males liked Law more than Arts and females liked 50 percent of Arts more than Law. Over all, academic faculties have been growning over the years. Both males and females are major going to Engineering or Education. In the entire graph we can see how females are decreases in the staff members than males. This would have to change.
