The line graph illustrates information about the percentage of people who utilized the Internet in three countries (the USA, Canada, and Mexico) between 1999 and 2009 Overall, it is seen from the graph that there was a sharp rise in the percentage of Internet users in the USA and Canada, while this growth was lower in Mexico during the 10 decades. In 1999, the proportion of Internet users in America was nearly 25%, while the figures for Canada and Mexico were lower at about 10% and 5% respectively. Subsequently, the American and Canadian population used the Internet rose dramatically to around 70% in 2005, whereas there was a gradual growth in the proportion of people in Mexico just over 25 percent. With respect to the percentage of Canadian users of the Internet, it underwent a dramatic rise to almost 100%, which was the highest point in 2009. Having reached about 80%, the percentage of the US citizens who had access to the Internet was the second-highest trend. In contrast, Mexica accounted for only 40 percent of users.
