The graph shows information about staff satisfaction of four colleges

The graph provides information about how many of staffs in the four colleges are satisfied between 1991 and 2002. Overall, although satisfaction rating of four college staff show some fluctuation from year to year and there are significant differance between the four colleges. As regards, satisfaction rates for college A and B fluctuate wildly but the trends of them are not the same. In college A satisfaction rating fluctuate wildly but the trend is downward from 60 to 40. The graph for college B fluctuate but the trend is upward from 50 to 70 in this period. By contrast, the rating for college D is almost steady from 1991 to 1998 and after 1998 the graph fall gradually. Likewise, the graph for college C is steady fall but it climbs suddenly from 10 to 70 and then rocket to around 80 and growth of this college is very noticeable.
