The graph indicates the theft vehicles in four countries, including Canada, France, Sweden and Great Britain over a period of 9 years starting from 1990. Overall, it is obvious that the car thefts in Canada and France decreased, the opposite was true for Sweden. Besides, the theft vehicles of Great Britain higher than in the other three countries over a period. The number of vehicles stolen of Canada and France had a similar trend, all starting at between 5 and 10 per thousand at the start of the period, and then it decresed and both lines stopped at about 6 per thousand in 1999. In contrast to two the lines just above, Sweden’s theft vehicles had an updown trend. The number of Sweden started at about 8 per thousand in 1990, and then it rose steadily to approximately 13 per thousand around 1999. Regarding Great Britain, which had the most theft vehicles, the number fluctuated between 15 and 20 per thousand over a period, peaking at roughly 20 per thousand in 1996, and reached it’s the lowest point at about 17 at the finishing of the period.
