The graph illustrates the number of visitors to art galleries of six countries in 2011. From an overall perspective, the highest chart represents the Louvre in France with almost 9 millions visitors per month. In contrast, the number of those who visit the State Hermitage in Russia is less than 3 times the number of visitors in France is the lowest. We can easily see from the chart, there are 3 museums that had more than 5 millions visitors in 2011, which are the Louvre (France), the Metropolitan Museum (USA), and the British Museum (UK). The Metropolitan Museum in the USA has the same number of visitors as the British Museum in the UK, which approximately around 6 millions people. Two of the museums have less than 3 millions visitors than the Louvre in France. Another part of the chart, the number of people who visited the National Museum of Korea compared to the Museo del Prado in Spain and the State Hermitage in Russia. It’s definitely to see that the Metropolitan or the British Museum has many more people - approximately double - visit to art galleries than those of 3 museums in Korea, Spain and Russia.
