The diagram depicts some data about changes in average house prices in five different cities between 1990 and 2002 time period compared with the average house prices in 1989. We find two different time period which are compared with data from 1989 prices. Here we see comparison of data from 1990 to 1995 with data from 1989. In this time period we find average price of houses are decreased compare with 1989 prices. In New York city, average price of houses decreased by 5% while average price of houses in Tokyo and London decreased by about 7. 5%. On the contrary this quantity increased by about 1 to 2% in case of Madrid and Frankfurt. However if we go for time period 1996 to 2002 we find average price of houses increased most in case of London and it's about 11. 5% while we notice lowest increased like about 1% in case of Frankfurt. Average price of houses also increased in New York and It's 5% and in Madrid it's about 4. 5%. On the other hand, in Tokyo average price of houses decreased by 5%. So we can conclude that average price of houses in different cities has been changed in different time period. In case of some cities it makes big difference but some cities like in Frankfurt, average price of houses were always lower.
