The chart illustrates the number of former students and P. hD students in the UK who did not do a full-time job after graduating in 2008. Overall, the value of further study and part-time job witnessed an upward trend, while the opposite was true for others. In addition, the value of further studying registered the highest level, whereas the bottom position belonged to that of voluntary work in 2008. To begin with, the further students reached a peak at 29, 665 students in the graduate category, at nearly half, followed by the part-time job with 17, 735 students. The unemployment stood at 16, 235 learners, which is a fifth as higher than the lowest one is the voluntary work.
