The graph compares the percentage of internet users in 3 countries: Mexico, America, Canada between 1999 to 2009. It is clear that the proportion of using the internet increased in each nation over the period shown. Overall, a much larger of using the internet in America and Canada in comparison with Mexico, and Canada saw the fastest growth in internet usage. Look at the graph more closely, one can see that the percentage of using the internet in America in 1999 was about 20%. The figures for Canada and Mexico were lower at about 10% and 5% respectively. In 2003 in both Canada and America rose to around 60%, while the figure for Mexico reached just approximately 25%. By 2009, the proportion of internet users was the highest in Canada almost 100%, compared with 80% American and just only 40% Mexican.
