The line graph gives information on the sales of juvenile’s books, matured novels and educational books from 2002 to 2006 in a single nation. Units are measured in dollars. Overall, it can be observed that while educational and children’s books sales went up, adult fictions declined. However, the sales of children’s book increased higher than any other book through the period. With regards to children’s book sales, the amount at the beginning of the period stood at around 35 million dollars and moderately moved up to just above 40 million dollars in 2003. The sales grew at a slow pace from 2003 to 2005 and soared enormously to approximately 58 million dollars at the end of the period. Educational books were sold almost at 27 million dollars in 2002 and was increased to roughly 30 million dollars the following year. The sales went down to around 27 million dollars as it started in 2002 for the next two years and recovered at the end of the period to approximately 30 million dollars. On the other hand, the sales of adult novels started very high, around 48 million dollars from the start of the period which declined to just below 40 million dollars in the 2003. The sales went up minimally in the following year and deceased substantially in the subsequent years till the end of the period (30 million dollars).
