The pie charte illustrate the local government spending during the year 2010 along with 2015. Overall, the most striking feature of the pic charts is that the outlay of pension had remained constant throughout the period whereas the education level had decreased in the year 2015. A glance at the charts reflect that, the Education and Healthcare spending have been plunged, earlier in 2010 it stand at 24 per cent and 21 per cent while it reduced to 21 per cent and 20 per cent in 2015. Moreover, outlays on pensions as well as others have remained constant. In 2010, about 17 per cent of total expenses has been done on the defence which has been decreased to less than 15 per cent in 2015. Considering the other factors of the chart, major change in expenses was observed in the field of welfare which has been raised by 5 per cent in 2015. While the spending on Transport along with Culture and leisure has been reduced by a small amount of ratio. In addition to that, another major change can be seen in the expenses of Interest on borrowing which have tremedeously increased and it is almost double (10 %) in 2015 compares to the ratio in 2010.
