The diagram shows the quantities of goods transported in UK between 1974 and 2002 four different modes of transport. The road transported increase day by day but the rail transported almost constant. And the pipeline transported is the lowest modes of transport. The largest amount of good transportation was by bus between 1974 and 2002 about 70 million tonnes to 99 million tonnes. On the other hand the lowest amount increase was by pipeline both 1974 and 2002 about 5 million tonnes to 21 million tonnes. By Rail transportation modes was almost constant in 40 million tonnes but sometimes it was also discrease 25 million tonnes between 1974 and 2002. But day by day water transportation modes increase 39 million tonnes to 62 million tonnes between 1974 and 2002.
