The given graph represents different percentages of city and rural households with the internet access in the European country varied from 1999 from 2004 Overall, rural household experienced a downward trend, while urban areas showed up with upward trend. Both places internet access percentages had some fluctuations. Although internet access in city places initially had some low percentage it gained substantially at the end of the period. Urban areas internet access was 15% in 1999, being higher than rural places percentage by 1%. Then it slightly uplifted to 30% in the year2000. Surprisingly, the graph of urban household gone up continuously up to next two years about 40% and 50%. However, the figure showed some gradual fall in 2002 year. After that again this percentage jumped to 51% in2003, it continued to move upward and hitting highest-point of about 55% in 2004. Proportion of internet access in rural places was least just 1% in 1999, and it gradually had risen up to 30% in 2000. and it had grown up repeatedly up to next years those were about 50% and 52%, and finally reached to 35% but not more than urban places there was a plenty difference between both area percentages.
