The Graph Below Shows The Number Of Tourists Visiting A Particular Caribbean Island Between 2010 And 2017. Ml3Va
The given line graph compares the number of travelers paying a visit to a particular Caribbean island over the course of 7 years from 2010 to 2017. Overall, it can be seen that the entire number of people visiting an island experienced a dramatic increase during the whole period. In addition, the proportion of people staying on cruise ships was lower than the ones choosing to stay on the island during the period. In 2010, there were one million visitors in total traveling to the island, with 75, 000 tourists deciding on sojourning on an isle, while the opposite had a preference in staying on cruise ships. Two years later, the sum of travelers’ growth was witnessed with 1, 5 million. However, there was an insignificant drop to reach the lowest point of just under 0. 25 million in the number of people staying on cruise ships. Meanwhile, staying on an island was always a wide choice with 1, 25 million persons. Over the following 5 years, those who stayed on the island reached a plateau at 1. 5 million and then had a slight fluctuation at this level until the end of the period. On the contrary, vacationers on cruise ships rose considerably, surpassing the former midway through 2015 and reaching 2 million tourists.
