In January 2011, there were more than 400 inquiries received in person and it increased dramatically until it reached its peaked of more than 1800. Inquiries received by telephone in January 2011 was accounted for greater than 800 and had a slight drop in February. Between February and March 2011, the inquiry by telephone rose to 1000 and remained plateau until April. Moreover, it skyrocketed to 1400 inquiries between April and May 2011 and reached 1600 enquiries on June 2011.
Inquiries received by letter or mail had a various trend compared to the two prior modalities used. In January, inquiries made by letter/mail started at almost 800 and gradually decreased for the six-month period reaching its lowest enquiry of almost 400 in June 2011.
