The line graph compares amount of inquires that Tourist Information Office received in a city between January to June in 2011. Overall the most obvious fact to emerge from the graph is that enquires received in person were more than any others received in different ways such as by telephone or letter/email.
At the first of period, Inquiries received by telephone were more than other ways, as numbers stood at approximately 900, where those received by letter were 700 as well as which were received in person at the lowest level just over 400. Over the time enquires received by telephone and in person had the same pattern of increase, even though the later way increased dramatically more than the first, peaked at 1900 in June whilst the first rich the high of 1600 lower then inquires received in person but more than letter ways inquires.
Enquires received by letter/email had different pattern as they decreased gradually overtime to be the lowest way hitting a low of the graph around 400.
